About the Bandy Ranch

The Bandy Family's cattle graze on pastures in the mountains above Durango, Colorado for four months during the summer.

During the winter, our cattle are moved to the home ranch located in the river valley, canyon, and high mesa country around Aztec, New Mexico.

Our beef is finished on native grass and other natural forage.

Our beef cows are never given hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. We do not confine them in feedlots and do not treat them with pesticides.

What does this mean for you? It means that, when you order from us, you are getting free-range, clean, lean, and naturally aged beef.
